We will not be able to confirm this any sooner. We do our absolute best to accommodate when possible as it is solely based on our current availability and the cleaning schedule. It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm. Parking, Security & Safety 🅿️ ✔️Parking for up to 9 cars 🚗. ✔️Exterior security cameras around the entire exterior of the home which record video and voice (perimeter only). ✔️EV charging plug available, must bring your own cord/adaptor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple locked owner's closets. Other things to note Our home is handicap accessible and elderly-friendly with an elevator from the driveway to the first floor. There is a full master suite and bathroom on the first floor. Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. There is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed. Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a selfie photo. Per township ordinances you must be 25+ to rent our home. We cannot accommodate prom parties. The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather or medical related issues.
