Bedroom #4 🛌: The Master, located on the 1st floor upstairs and includes 1 king bed (sleeps 2), a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 🛌: located on the 2nd floor upstairs and includes 1 king bed (sleeps 2), and a smart TV. This agreement must be completed in order to gain access to the home. The names of all guests visiting the home must be listed on the application and we require license plate numbers to be listed. ‼️ 16 adults max. Our community provides 10 amenity badges and 2 parking passes for guest use (parking passes only needed for amenities not to access the home's driveway). Amenity badges are required for access to features like the pool and lake beaches. If your group includes more than 10 people, please be aware that we're unable to provide additional badges due to community guidelines. We want to ensure everyone has the best experience, so feel free to reach out if you have questions about how this might affect your stay! 🧺 Thoughtfully Stocked & Managed 🧼 Professional cleaning 📲 24/7 concierge 🧑‍🍳 Optional fridge stocking, private chefs, at home massages & more. We handle the details—so you can focus on making memories. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of some locked owner's storage closets. Other things to note ✔️ RENTAL AGREEMENT: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask you to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. You will need to complete this agreement in order to gain access to the home. ✔️AMENITY BADGES/CAR PASSES: You must wear the community amenity badges and hang the parking passes on your cars when using any community amenities such as the lake, pool, basketball, tennis courts and playground. If an amenity badge is lost, there will be a $50 replacement fee per badge. If a parking pass is lost there is a $100 per pass fee. Our community provides 10 amenity badges and 2 parking passes for guest use. ✔️PARKING: Our driveway can fit up to 8 cars. No cars can be parked on the street and there is no offsite parking nearby. The parking passes provided are to be used when going to the community amenities such as the lake, pool and courts. Each car when parked in the driveway does not need a parking pass. ✔️ OCCUPANCY: 16 max overnight guests. We can't host more than 16 due to township and community regulations. ✔️PROPANE GRILL: Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane. We ask that all guests clean up the grill after use and do not leave behind excessive grease. ✔️GUEST VERIFICATION: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID. 🏊‍♂️ The pool & lake are open every day from 12-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. These hours are subject to change due to weather and maintenance. The lake will be open after Labor Day but it will be swim at your own risk. We as hosts are not responsible for any amenity closures during your stay. ✔️ You must be 25 years old or older to rent our home per township ordinances. We cannot accommodate prom parties. ✔️ The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your trip at the time of booking. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather or medical related issues. We do not shovel the deck and fire pit area in the winter months but provide a shovel if you’d like to use those amenities.
